ELIOTT LOCKHART of CLEGHORN, William,
894–William Eliott Lockhart obtained a warrant to matriculate again and bear the supporters and arms of Lockhart of Cleghorn quartered with the arms of Eliott of Borthwickbrae in 1894. On the arms just below Cleghorn is the heraldry artist’s initials “CWS”, then a small quartered shield, RE and date “1897″.
